STEP 01 · WELCOME
Turns daily site reports into live schedule truth. Three core features — what each one does:
You write what happened on site (text + photos). Saves on device first so tunnels and low-signal zones still work. Sync pushes when signal returns.
AI proposes which plan tasks your report touches. You (or a planner) confirm before anything writes to the schedule. AI proposes — humans decide.
Shows every task as Confirmed (safe), Review Needed (human decision), or Possible Risk (delay/conflict). One screen instead of spreadsheet chase.
The loop
Report → AI Match → Approve → Sync. Each step is a task you will do in the product after setup.
Pick a path. Both unlock the same features — sample just preloads demo tasks so you can click around safely.
What this choice does
Sample fills the dashboard behind this panel with demo numbers. Own project starts empty until your crew writes the first report.
Your role changes which tasks appear first — not who can see the project.
What this role unlocks
Pick a role to see which home screen and first task you get after setup.
Tap chips to prioritise. Each feature below explains what the task does in the product.
Select at least one.
Feature · what the task does
Tap a chip to read what that feature does.
Project code is the fence. Every report, match, and approval task stays inside it.
Shows on reports and the audit trail when you confirm a match.
Labels the workspace for teammates joining the same job.
Shared with your crew. Isolates all tasks to this job only.
Optional tag on your reports so planners filter by package.

Each alert is a task ping — turn on only what you need to act on.
Task: open the match screen and confirm or reject the AI proposal before schedule write.
Task: open Possible Risk detail, check crane/crew clash, decide before approving.
Task: none urgent — confirms your offline queue reached the cloud.
Mutes non-critical pings 22:00–06:00 so overnight noise does not create fake urgency.
Invites assign roles so each person lands on the right first task.
What invite does
Engineer gets report + match tasks. Planner gets review queue. Lead gets dashboard + risk. Same project code for all.
